Our Commitment

We stand behind every Fortified Solar Backpack. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect covered under our product warranty.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition — unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may be refused.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after the return is received for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or size, we're happy to exchange your item within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before shipping anything back.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your backpack arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable carrier, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
